1. Data controller

2. What we collect

• Account details: name, email address, mobile phone number, password (stored hashed), and sign-in records
• Property details: addresses, home characteristics, photos and documents you upload, listing and closing information
• Orders and payments: services and bundles ordered, prices, promo codes, payment plans, pay-at-close requests, and payment status (card details are held by Stripe, never by us)
• Scheduling: consultation requests, appointment times, and service schedules
• Communications: messages, bid requests, vendor proposals and questions, contact-form and partner inquiries
• Home valuations and calculator inputs: estimates, mortgage balance and budget answers you provide
• Professional data for brokers, agents and vendors: license numbers, service areas, bios, and payout account references
• Usage data: pages viewed, referral source, device and browser type, IP address, and session recordings via analytics tools

3. How we use it

To run the service: create your account, process orders and payments, schedule services, connect you with your broker and vendors, generate valuations and estimates, send transactional emails and digests, prevent fraud and spam, and improve the product.

4. Who we share it with

• Hosting, database, and email delivery providers that run the service for us.
• Analytics providers, including session-replay analytics, to understand how the site is used.
• Stripe, our payment processor, to take and pay out payments.
• Mapping and home-valuation data partners, which receive the address you enter to return suggestions and estimates.
• The brokerage, agents, and vendors involved in your transaction, only as needed to deliver what you ordered.

5. Retention and security

We keep information for as long as your account is active and as needed to meet legal, brokerage record-keeping, tax, and accounting obligations. We use encryption in transit, access controls, and row-level permissions to protect data.

6. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and opt out of any marketing, by emailing legal@develofi.com. We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signals as an opt-out of optional analytics.

7. California residents (CCPA/CPRA)

California residents have the right to know, delete, and correct personal information and to not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. We do not sell or share your personal information.

8. Children

The service is not directed to anyone under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

9. Data breach notice

If a breach affects your personal information, we will notify you and the appropriate authorities as required by Florida's Information Protection Act (Fla. Stat. § 501.171) and other applicable law.

10. Cookies

We use essential cookies and local storage to keep you signed in and remember your cart. With your consent we also use analytics cookies. You can change your choice any time by clearing site data in your browser; the consent banner will reappear.
