Broker of record, E&O, and how supervision actually works
Every transaction on the platform is owned by a licensed broker — yours. The platform is fulfillment software and a marketplace; it does not insert a competing broker into deals where you already hold the engagement.
You are broker of record. You carry your own E&O. Per-service scope is documented in the platform's signed seller agreements — so the supervision boundary is explicit, not assumed.
Where no network broker is yet onboarded in a Florida market, founder Wes Benwick fills the gap as a non-competing broker of record under platform E&O — and steps aside the moment local coverage exists.

How the workflow runs
- RFPs hit your console. Pre-paid, scoped, and disclosure-signed. Filter by state, service, minimum payout, SLA.
- You submit a proposal. Price within platform bands, turnaround, short pitch. Seller chooses.
- You're awarded the work. Property dossier, contact, disclosures, and service scope appear in your queue.
- You deliver and get paid. Flat payout on milestone completion. No splits, no deductions.
- You upgrade the relationship. Offer contract review, negotiation, or full representation in-app. The seller's already met you — closing them to a full engagement is the easy part.
