Are you a licensed broker?+

Yes. For Sale By Plus is a licensed transactional real estate broker and marketplace. Every contract, MLS listing and broker review is signed off by a licensed broker — never an unlicensed listing service.

Do I have to pay a buyer's agent?+

No. Post-NAR settlement, buyer compensation is fully negotiable. You can offer 0%, a flat fee, or a traditional 2.5–3% — we'll display it however you choose.

What if I only want the MLS listing?+

That's the most popular starting package. Starting at $399. Your home is live on MLS, Zillow, Realtor.com, Redfin and 100+ portals within 72 hours.

Can I add services later?+

Anytime. Start lean. Add contract review, negotiation, or closing coordination the moment you need it. No re-listing, no re-onboarding.

Which states do you cover?+
